Our History

Mark McGrath, President of Windows Plus started out as an employee for a small contractor installing windows for a local window manufacturer. Mark learned some very valuable lessons from this apprenticeship: give the customer helpful advice rather than high pressure selling tactics, show up when promised, use only quality products and workmanship, and clean up after the job.  In short, treat the customer and their home with respect.

By never compromising on these basic points, Mark not only survived his first year in business as Windows Plus but grew their customer base as they were recommended to friends and family.  They soon hired their first employees and began to train others to their exacting standards.  Every employee at Windows Plus now knows that the job they do today will lead to work in the future  - employees are every bit as committed to winning each and every customer’s approval as that original team back in 1988.

In 2002 they expanded their space and opened a showroom at their present location at 95 Akerley Blvd., Burnside.

In 1998 they expanded into siding on a full-time basis.
